Expressions in Non-duality

Caught in the cosmic dance,
Watching from the realm of the mind,
I believe myself (to be) an individual dancer,
Sometimes dancing,
Sometimes pausing, to watch others sway to the music.


Consciousness smiles at this thought,
For little does the mind realize,
I Am the dance...
I Am the dancer...
and I Am the music...
All at Once...
